The idea of making Industrial Washing Machine smart in communication with all involved in the Laundry System took us to the next level. 

We are ecstatic to present our patented invention called 516 Smart Drum, which is one of our biggest achievements.

516 Smart Drum solves additional problem of lack of optimized washing cycle programs based on particular RFID Tag equipped article of linen by reading and processing the data stored on each RFID tag.

STEP 1

Load the drum compartments

Loading of the machine with RFID tags equipped linen.

STEP 2

Read the codes

With the drum rotation 516 Touch obtains all the ID’s from the RFID tags.

STEP 3

Collect & send the information

516 Touch receives data of the linen input according to the ID’s from the Database.

STEP 4

Select the program & start washing

According to the information from the Database 516 Touch offers some carefully selected programs that are appropriate for processing the recognized linen and in case there is no contradiction between the linen pieces in the drum, allows washing to start.

Why is it Smart?

Behind this solution is a Barrier washing machine drum that has the ability to read codes from RFID ID’s and with 516 Touch controller understands the information they contain.

Each particle of linen that is equipped with RFID ID (UHF) will be automatically recognized when loaded into the drum. The ID’s will trigger information from the Database that are crucial for safe and efficient processing of the linen.

Database information: Maximum Temperature, Maximum G-Factor, Color, Customer Number and more.
